I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner, with more
than 1130 hours of education and ten years of experience. I am trained in Swedish
(classic), Sports, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release (Trigger Point Therapy),
Shiatsu, Hot Rock, Pregnancy, Chair, Reflexology, Cranio-Sacral Therapy,
Structural Analysis, Lomi Lomi, Aromatherapy, Energy Work, headache relief,
body treatments and more. My technique is an accumulation of each modality,
creating a very unique experience. My philosophy on massage is each treatment
should go beyond the manual manipulation of muscle. The body, mind and soul
should be treated as a whole.
